Label applicators
We are the only representative in Central Europe of the American manufacturer of Dispensa-Matic semi-automatic labeling machines. We decided to expand our offer with labelers to help our customers automate their labeling process. Dispensa-Matic machines are refined and trouble-free devices, as evidenced by the 3-year warranty and our customers’ satisfaction. From this company’s offer we have chosen 3 basic models of labelers for three types of packaging.
Bottle labelling machine
Bottle – Matic
The Bottle-Matic Label Applicator enables the user to label all kinds of cylindrical objects by simply inserting the container and pressing a foot switch. Once the foot switch is activated the label is applied at over 4.5″ per second, most water bottles are labeled in less than 2 seconds! This allows the user to quickly remove the bottle and insert another to start the procedure again. Once a rhythm is established bottles are labeled VERY quickly. The Bottle-Matic can label products at speeds of 1200 Pieces an hour!
There are 2 available models for the Bottle-Matic
Single Label Bottle-Matic: This model applies a single label to your cylindrical container. Front and Back Bottle-Matic: This model applies both a front and back label to your cylindrical container
The Bottle-Matic has 2 size options
The Bottle-Matic 10″: is designed for cylindrical items from .5″ – 6″ in diameter, and from 2″ – 9″ in container height.
The Bottle-Matic 16″: is designed for cylindrical items from .5″ – 6″ in diameter, and from 2″ – 15″ in container height.
Bottle-Matic Label Requirements:
- Must be on 3” core
- Must have approximately an 1/8” gap between labels
- Must be in copy position 3 or 4 – Copy position 3 is recommended
- Maximum roll diameter 9”
- Label must be over 2mil thick
- Length of label must be over 1”
- For 10″ Bottle-Matic Labels can be between 1 1/2″ & 9″ wide
- For 16″ Bottle-Matic Labels can be between 2″ and 15″ wide
Avoid clear cellophane backing paper (you can use it, but you must order your machine with the optional “Waste Rewinder” $425.00 – this material wants to cling to the machine and get tangled in rollers.
Bottle-Matic 10
For applying labels to cylindrical container up to 9” long (or longer if item has a neck)

Waste-Rewinder: This option automatically rewinds the waste paper that is produced after labeling your product. Without this attached the waste paper would simple fall over the back of the machine and into a waste bin.
Auto-Matic: This labeling option allows you to just insert your bottle and the labeler automatically activates. Foot switch is still included, but not needed!

Flat-pack labeler
Flex – Matic
Flex+Matic label applicator enables the user to label all kinds of flat objects by simply setting the desired spacing using the digital readout and guides. Then insert the flat object. Once the object is inserted the label is applied automatically. Now, Insert the next one, as fast as you feed the machine, it will label! Bags, envelopes, pouches, PCBs, and even slimline CD/DVD cases. With our 5″ per second feed, most objects are labeled in less than 2 seconds! This allows the user to quickly insert another to start the procedure again. Once a rhythm is established objects are labeled VERY quickly. Loading is a “snap”, just feed the labels between the dispensing tables then through the patented feed-roll assembly and “snap” into place.
The Flex-Matic has a 11 3/4″ width space to label your flat object! This applicator can label any flat object fast and accurately up to 1/4″ thick at speeds up to 1,200 pieces per hour!
Label objects up to 1/4″ thick! From an envelope to a CD/DVD case, with the CD/DVD inside! You can even use it to seal a CD/DVD inside the envelope! Position adjustment is quick and easy, set the digital display to the desired vertical position, and set the guides to the desired horizontal position in inches to one10th of an inch.
ACCURACTE! Can hold repetitive verticle positioning to 1/16″ or less on most objects. Holds 1/64th” horizontal accuracy on most objects. Label objects up to 11 3/4″ width.
Able to handle most plastic bags without difficulty.

PACKAGING LABELLER
FLAT – Matic Square
Flat-Matic (Optical Sensing) Desktop Semi-Automatic for labeling Flat/Square containers. Label containers from 1/4″ to 4 1/2″ tall with ease using thin labels.
- Must be on 3” core
- Must have approximately an 1/8” gap between labels
- Must be in copy position 1, 2, 3 or 4. (copy position 1 &2 will position the product vertically, 3 & 4 will position the product horizontally.
- Maximum roll diameter 9”
- Label can be down to 1 mil thick
- Length of label must be over 1 1/2”
- Width of label can be 2” to 8” wide on 6” Flat-Matic or 2” to 14” wide on 12” Flat-Matic.
If you are using clear labels, they will work but you will to notify us, as you will need a different sensor on your machine. With clear labels you will also need black reference lines on the backing paper.
NOTE – Narrow labels will work but must be on backing paper of at least 2” wide.
